Great news! Our Warehouse Crew picks orders every day we're open, and we strive to get every order ready for pickup or delivery within 1-2 days. There's the odd time we can get overwhelmed (after a holiday weekend, or during Black Friday or Boxing Week) and we ask for just a little extra patience! We order our machines, parts, and supplies directly from the manufacturers! Sometimes this can take a little while to get in, as oftentimes the equipment is coming from where it is manufactured in places Italy or Germany. We'll always try and give our best timelines when dealing with out-of-stock products. You can also sign up for the notification list as well for when they're back in store from the item page!
