Origins of Coffee

My coffee is from Brazil! Ethiopia! Indonesia! But what difference does that make? This is hard to answer in short, but we'll do our best!

Central and South American Coffees

  • Oftentimes will exhibit notes of chocolate, a sweet stone fruit acidity, and can have varying mouthfeel.
  • You'll see a lot of medium roasts, highlighting their natural nuttiness.

African Coffees

  • Are known for riper fruit flavors, like different berries or melons.
  • These tend to be roasted lighter to really make these notes shine.

Asian Coffees

  • Known for their earthy, chocolatey flavours.
  • They tend to be roasted a bit more dark to bring out the robust profiles.
